Peanut Butter Energy Balls – Ready in 15 Minutes
Peanut Butter Energy Balls are the one thing I make that my kids never waiver on. They may all of a sudden not like carrots. Out of the blue, they may no longer like cheese that is white. They have even stopped liking eggs from time to time.
But these balls, my friends, are always a hit. Plus, they are ready in only 15 minutes.

These aren’t only good for kids; adults love them too. What’s not to love with peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips?
No Baking
Peanut Butter Energy balls are just about the easiest thing to make. You most likely have everything you need already in your pantry. They require no baking. You really can just eye ball the ingredients. The less dirty dishes the better, right?!
Health Benefits
I started making these for myself when I first had kids. When you are too busy to sit down and eat, or just straight forget to eat (I never have that problem) these will definitely keep you going.
Seeds
Flax seeds are a great source for all three of these:
- Fiber
- Protein
- Omega 3s
Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants and nutrients. Check out all the benefits of Chia seeds in the article, 7 Enticing Health Benefits of Chia Seeds at Healthline.com, written by Kris Gunnars and Lizzie Streit.
The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is straight good for your soul. I’m telling you, these balls are everything you need in a snack.
