What is Tzatziki?
Tzatziki is a traditional Greek sauce or dip made from Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh herbs like dill or mint. It’s known for its creamy texture and refreshing taste, making it a staple in Mediterranean cuisine.
Traditionally, tzatziki is served alongside grilled meats, gyros, or as a dip for pita and veggies, but its flavors translate beautifully into a versatile salad dressing!
