2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt Fage 2% or 5% 1 English Cucumber or regular 1 Lemon 1 clove Garlic minced or microplaned 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning 4 oz Feta crumbles 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken Breast chopped

If not using an English Cucumber or home grown, peel waxy skin off cucumber. Place a tea towel under a box grater. Shred the cucumber on to towel.
Twist the ends of the tea towel together. Over a bowl, squeeze out excess water from cucumber. Discard cucumber water (or make a drink with it).
In a medium bowl, gently stir or whisk Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar together until incorporated.
Add in cucumber shreds, chicken, feta, garlic, dill, everything bagel seasoning. Stir

Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
If you don't have Everything Bagel Seasoning substitute: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon granulated onion. (Bonus is you have: 1 tablespoon poppyseeds, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds).
