Equipment

  • 1 small cookie scoop optional

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 Lemon zested, & half juiced

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oats quick
  • 1/2 cup Dried Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Almonds chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seeds milled
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl whisk together: almond butter, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Add in the dry ingredients, mix together.
  • With a small cookie scoop or spoon, roll into balls. Enjoy!
